Coaxial cable consists of inner conductive cable, an insulating spacer, a
 conducting shield and an outer insulating layer.The inner conductor is
 shielded from outside electromagnetic interference.

 FUN FACT: The first newspaper in America was printed by Richard Pierce and was called Publick Occurrences, Both Foreign and Domestick. This paper, printed September 25, 1690, had only one issue and would have taken up the space of 1/2 page of one of today's papers.
